2026 Photo Policy:
- Visitors, spectators and exhibitors are permitted to take photographs and record video for personal use only.
- Only our official appointed photographer is allowed to take competitor images and sell/distribute them to the public.
- No other individual or company has permission to take images of multiple competitors and sell/distribute them to members of the public or publish online/on social media.
- Private videographers must register and provide a rider list with no more than three riders at least 7 days prior to the show. No more than two videographers are permitted per show. Starting September 1st, 2026 there will be a private videographer fee of $60 per rider due to the Official Photographer prior to the show. Contact Kira here.
Failure to abide by the above rules may result in expulsion from the event for riders or affiliated persons.
