Ride Times

Ride times will be emailed to competitors approximately 24 hours prior to the show.

Please be prepared to ride within your time window. If riding multiple horses in the same division, please be the first in the ring and communicate with your gate steward.  We will not be able to hold the ring for late arrivals.

If you have not checked in at the ingate by the last 20 minutes of your time window, we will move the class forward.  Help us continue to create a positive schooling experience for everyone.  We will work to keep the rings moving so that everyone can get in and out in an efficient manner. Adds will be at the discretion of the in gate steward.

Entrance, Parking, and Facilities

Please make sure you allow enough time to check in on arrival and before your respective class window, especially if you still need to complete your entry paperwork.  All entries need to be completed and checked in at the ingate before the last 20 minutes of each class.  Our goal is to keep our show running on schedule and to provide the best experience possible. Additionally, it is about a 5 minute walk from the grass trailer parking area to the riding arenas. We do have a parking attendant onsite to help as well.

Follow the attached map, entering through gate 2 (the polo entrance) and driving across the parking lot and down the gravel road to the grass parking area.

  • A parking attendant will direct you to a specific parking area.
  • You will need to pay any owed entry fees and sign waiver(s) prior to mounting up. Make sure to visit the secretary stand well before the start time of your class.
  • It is expected that ALL classes entered will be paid for.  NO REFUNDS!
